Should you need to claim, you will be assigned your own Claims Relationship Manager who’ll proactively manage the claims service whilst minimising the claims life cycle and limiting or eliminating disruption to your business. Our Claims Relationship Managers do this by:

  • Providing instructions and decision making authority to the local office
  • Monitoring active claims in your best interests
  • Escalating claims when necessary
  • Facilitating access to local loss adjusters
