A Quick Guide to Workers Compensation Claims
An introduction to the workers compensation scheme, the basics of claims management, rehabilitation and return to work responsibilities for employers. Participants will learn about the roles and responsibilities of employers and workers in the event of a claim, understanding what is compensable under the Act, calculating average weekly earnings and understanding rehabilitation and return to work.
Who should attend?
This short course is ideal for those with little, or no knowledge of the workers compensation scheme.
