The QBE Connect Rehabilitation Model - keeping the focus on the injured worker
Workplace rehabilitation is one of the key tools available to assist injured people back to work. QBE's experience of working with rehabilitation providers has delivered great success for all parties however following recent analysis of more than 2,000 claims looking at what drives performance, what works and how long it should take, we have developed a new and innovative approach to the way rehabilitation providers are engaged and rewarded for improving RTW outcomes.
At the heart of our new approach, the interests of injured workers and their employers remain key. The new and innovative model is designed to:

- Promote service provider innovation
- Take advantage of the specialist skills of the service provider
- Align objectives between employer, QBE, and the service provider
