QBE offers four International Travel Insurance plans, designed to suit your destination:

Premier Plus Extras Travel Plan

Minimum cover for the USA, Canada and Antarctica. Available for all other destinations.

A Travel Plan

Minimum cover for Europe, South and Central America, the Middle East, Japan and Africa.

B Travel Plan

Minimum cover for the UK, Asia and Tahiti.

C Travel Plan

Minimum cover for the Pacific Region and Indonesia (including Bali).

If you're under 60 years of age, these plans will cover you for:

  • medical and dental cover
  •  luggage protection and personal effects
  • 24/7 worldwide emergency assistance
  • unlimited medical evacuation and repatriation
  • rental vehicle expenses
  • dependant children under the age of 21 years are automatically covered
  • most amateur sports (including scuba diving, cycling, surfing, bungee jumping, paragliding and white water rafting) are automatically covered

And, if you need a little extra cover, you can purchase additional benefits for:

  • excess buy out option
  • additional rental vehicle insurance excess
    cover
  • snow sports cover
  • specified item cover
  • existing medical condition of a non travelling relative or business partner
  • an accompanying spouse, de facto or children
International Travel Insurance
  • For travellers who need medical and dental cover, trip cancellation and luggage protection and other benefits for travel internationally.
  • Automatically covers 33 medical conditions without the need to apply
  • Qantas Frequent Flyers earn 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible Travel Insurance products†
