Q. Will QBE cover my caravan if it’s used for business purposes?

A. No, we do not insure caravans or trailers for business use.

Q. What do I do if my caravan is broken into or burgled?

A. Make sure the caravan is safe and secure and notify the police. Then call our 24-hour Claims Hotline on 1300 361 516 to advise us of the incident.

Q. Does QBE offer Agreed and Market Value cover?

A. Yes, you have the choice between Agreed or Market Value on your caravan policy.

Q. Are my contents covered by my policy?

A. Not automatically. To cover the contents within your caravan you will need to take out separate Contents insurance when purchasing your Caravan policy.

Q. Will I be covered while my caravan is parked at home?

A. You will be covered if your caravan is parked at your home providing you are not using it as a main residence. Some exclusions apply, as outlined in our Product Disclosure Statement.
