CTP Insurance is mandatory in Queensland, and is included as part of vehicle registration. Sometimes known as rego insurance, CTP covers you by providing compensation for other people seriously injured or killed in the event of an accident and you are the at fault driver - such as your passengers, other drivers, pedestrians, push-bike and motorcycle riders.
The Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC) provides a website to review all insurer's CTP premiums.
QBE is proud to support Crime Stoppers in Queensland with a CTP initiative.
If you are over 30, and own a registered sedan, station wagon, 4WD, utility, van or truck (Class 1 or 6) you qualify.
To support Crime Stoppers by transferring your CTP to QBE you must complete the transfer from the Queensland Crime Stoppers web site. When qualifying customers transfer, QBE will donate $20 to Crime Stoppers.
Simply fill out the transfer form. It only takes a few minutes to make a difference.
