Training Modules for Cross Border Return To Work Coordinators (NSW, VIC, QLD)
Additional training modules have been developed for multi-state employers with Return To Work [RTW] Coordinators managing return to work plans for injured workers in more than one state.
In 2007, NSW, Victoria and Queensland workers compensation authorities agreed on a training criteria for RTW Coordinators producing an “add-on” training module(s) for each states existing RTW training program. The modules are designed to assist trained RTW Coordinators to understand legislative and operational requirements in all participating states.
This initiative enables RTW Coordinators to simply attend a state formal course and complete one or two state modules at their own pace covering legislation in the other states.
