Employers Requirements for OH&S

In all states and territories, organisations must provide a safe and healthy work environment for their employees and others (e.g. clients, customers, or contractors). This includes:

  • providing a safe place of work
  • having a current workers compensation policy to cover workers in the event of an injury
  • providing return-to-work opportunities for injured workers.
