- Probate/Transfer Indemnity Bonds provide a fast and inexpensive way to release assets from a deceased estate without having to obtain a grant of probate. QBE Probate/Transfer Indemnity Bonds are distributed by Australian Probate Bonds Underwriting Agency Pty Ltd.
