Protect your recently built or renovated home
As a Licensed Builder, you require a Letter of Eligibility from an insurer to renew and meet your license obligations (which may vary depending on the relevant state legislation). You must also provide residential Builders' Warranty insurance to your clients for all residential contracts in excess of $12,000.
If you are an Owner Builder and you sell a property within 6 years of its completion or renovation, you will need to provide the purchaser with Residential Owner Builders' Warranty insurance.
QBE Builders' Warranty insurance policies meet statutory requirements and can be individually tailored to meet your specific needs and circumstances.
