QBE and FPUA Reinforce Partnership
Sydney, Australia, 15 August 2007 - First Professional Underwriting Agency (FPUA) and QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited (QBE) have announced plans for a closer working relationship, which is expected to lead to QBE acquiring FPUA.
FPUA and QBE will work together over the next 12 months to offer their intermediary partners an enhanced collection of products and service capability.
Their mutual objective is to provide a superior product with broader coverage, supported by superior customer service.
FPUA and QBE are committed to providing a wider range of options for transacting Professional Package business. Items on the agenda include electronic placement and transacting of business, policy wording review and enhancement and preferred Cluster Group status.
